Biography

My laboratory is focused on the development of mathematical and statistical models applied to translational cancer research. Current projects include fast and accurate stochastic simulation algorithms applied to gene regulation modeling and the study of spatial tumor growth dynamics, and identifying factors associated with accelerated epigenetic aging, as measured by DNA methylation patterns, during carcinogenesis and in response to treatment.

I have appointments in the Division of Hematology-Oncology and the Department of Computational Medicine.
